with a structural header that would save them time

Manufactured
using LRC LVL and an Expanded Polystyrene foam core
the ExpressHeader is designed to fit 3½ and 5½
wall construction perfectly every time. You will
not find any bowing, twisting, cupping, wrapping, or
shrinkage which causes finished window and door trim
to pop out from mitered joints.
Available
in 9Ό& 11Ό stock depths, and can be custom
engineered to fit your depth requirements on a
particular project. Lengths available up to 24 &
Precision End Trim (P.E.T.) pieces are also
available.
Since
the sandwich layer is an Expanded Polystyrene an
R-value is accomplished in both the 3½ and 5½
ExpressHeader. The 3½ accomplishes a 7.75 R-Value
wile the 5½ accomplishes at 16 R-Value.
Our
ExpressHeader fills the entire cavity above the
window or door. This benefits the trim
carpenter, drywall installer, & the home decorator.
How does it do all that plus everything else it
does. Simple, since it is manufactured
to exacting standards and has a full wood face that
will not expand or contract with the seasons.
