What is an LRC
24-F 1.8E IJC?
IJC stands for I-Joist Compatible Glulam Beams and
are available from LRC as an alternative to LVL.
These beams match the depths of I-Joist used in
residential construction, which allows drywall to be
placed on the ceiling with out the need to fur the
I-Joist to match the depth of the standard Glulam
Beam. LRC 24-F 1.8E IJC Glulam Beams are designed in
3½ and 5Ό widths to fit standard 2x4 and 2x6 wall
construction.
LRC 24-F 1.8E IJC Manufacturing
LRCs 24-F 1.8E IJC is designed and manufactured

in LRC I-Joist floor systems and other conventional

choice for the builder looking for an alternative to
LVL.
